Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping KrazyFlyFashion Boutique. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, not including the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. KrazyFlyFashion is not responsible for packages once given to couriers including lost or stolen packages. For missing shipment, you will need to file an official claim with the courier as your package is insured and any reimbursement will be provided by them. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone.
